Can I have more than one delivery address?


Once you create an account you can set up more than one delivery address in your profile and give each a title, for example home, work or a friends address.


What is an effective password?


Security is important to us and we take it very seriously so therefore to protect yourself we recommend that you use an effective password that is hard to guess. An effective password is a password that is at least 12 characters long and contains upper and lower case letters, and at least one number and numeric character. A password should not be a combination of dictionary words or names with numbers which would be easy to guess. There are many methods you can use when creating a memorable password but a good technique is to take a memorable sentence and use the first letter of each word to form your password. An example is a sentence such as I eat fish two days each week, Tuesdays and Fridays at 6:30pm and enjoy it and turn it into a password that looks like [email protected]. Bear in mind this is just an example and is no way a recommended sentence for you to use because everyone who reads this would then know your password. If doing something like this is not your ball game then you could use an online password manager to manage all your passwords.

I forgot my password


To change your password  follow this link and enter the email address you used to open the account or your updated email address if you changed it in your profile. We will send a password reset link to your email address, click on the link and follow instructions.

How do I close my account?


You have the right to cancel and close your account. To do this please contact us with a request to close your account.  


How do I place an order?


You can place orders for takeaway food through our website or by downloading our IOS or Android app. Windows version is coming soon.

How do I pay for my order?


We accept debit or credit cards and payments through PayPal and Stripe. You can also pay by cash on delivery with participating restaurants.

Where is my order?


If your order is taking longer than you expect please contact the restaurant to find out why. Also bear in mind restaurants experience busy times at different stages of the day which maybe affecting your order. 

I have a problem with my order


We are sorry to hear there is a problem with your order. Have you tried to contact the restaurant to resolve the issue? If you have and are not satisfied with the result, please contact us quoting your order number and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

My order is missing an item


We are sorry to hear there is a problem with your order. Please contact the restaurant to resolve the issue and if it is not resolved send us a message with your order number.

My order was declined by a restaurant. What next?


If your order is declined by a restaurant it will be for a good reason. it maybe they don't have the staff to fulfill your order or some ingredients are no longer available, either way please select another restaurant to place your order and let us know about your experience by sending us a quick message quoting your order number.
